Muscular Integrated In-depth Therapy (MIIT) is a technique that was born from Marijane's own quest for healing and for the healing of her son. It combines various other techniques in addition to Marijane's unique numerical system to not only determine what is wrong with the body and where a blockage may be occurring, but also to clear those blockages.
Our bodies are built to endure the many small traumas that encompass our daily living, but our physical, emotional and mental selves still break down with tough experiences. Part of our abilities to handle as many situations as we do is because we have outlets called ‘meridians’. As we go through life some of the traumas we experience cause ‘blockages’
AND THERE IS SO MUCH MORE!!
How Meridan Therapy Works
Pioneering research by Albert Szent Gyorgi revealed that:
When you are testing yourself in this muscle test, you are opposing your own muscles. It is important that you remain objective in order to achieve the most accurate results. It is important that you slow down and really let the muscle test show you a true result. Do not try to overpower the muscle, but instead, look for a 'lock' which will indicate that the muscle is strong.
1). Touch the tips of the thumb and index finger of your left hand together to form a circular opening ('O' Ring).
2) Insert the index finger of your right hand into the opening so it rests against your left palm.
3). While continuing to hold the thumb and index finger together, quickly and forcefully move your right index finger toward the tips of the left thumb and index finger, attempting to break through the barrier formed by these two fingers. Begin this movement as far back in the circle as possible to get a 'running start' at the barrier.
4). If you don't break through the barrier, the muscle test is strong. Breaking through indicates a weak muscle response. Test results here will be a definite 'Yes' (strong) or 'No' (weak).
1) Touch the thumb and little finger of your left hand together.
2). Grasp this with the thumb and index finger of your right hand so that pressure is applied, holding your left thumb and little finger together.
3). Try to separate the thumb and little finger of your left hand by exerting pressure against the fingers of your right hand. Inability to separate indicates a 'strong response', intermittent (on and off) separation is a 'moderate response', and complete separation, a 'weak response'
*This method allows you to have a 'moderate response' in addition to a definite 'Yes' or 'No'.
